Concept:
The emergency pastoral care is provided in the canton of Glarus by a care team.
The Care Team is affiliated with the Coordinated medical service organization on the one hand, and is summoned when required by the cantonal command staff involved in accumulating and caring responsibilities.
On the other hand, the Care Team Glarnerland in accidents that require emotional support, is summoned by the State Police headquarters on the Kantonsspital Glarus.
The Care Team is the Kantonsspital Glarus for the emergency care responsibilities to be available when these resources of the house and the hospital chaplaincy exceed.
The caregivers are selected by the Co-ordinated and trained in first aid courses in Psychological First Aid at the Federal Training Centre in Schwarzburg.
